Job Description
Skills Set :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Cisco Meraki network.
- Experience in Cisco Switching Routing and Wireless technology.
- Understand customer requirements for wireless networks integration of Cisco Meraki with existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services
- Experience supporting or testing LANs VLANs WLANs VPNs NAT devices &/or DHCP servers.
- Responsible for improving performance for the customer network devices and services.
- Handson experience with network technologies including firewalls content filters routing/switching VLANs and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.
- Having Exposure to ITSMServiceNow tool
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing system configuration: Defining Documenting and Enforcing system standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless security switching and other various networkrelated issues reported by users.
- Monitor network usage anticipate problems and suggest solutions
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring troubleshooting network problems and outages scheduling firmware upgrades.
- Handling the Network issues tickets in the service now tool
