To assist the department to manage the quality assurance function and achieve customer s
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure all processes and procedures comply to Customers Standards and GMP requirements.
Lead and Drive Quality Awareness for team in WH/PA with plans.
Lead and Drive for Quality Improvement and Root Cause Investigation for NCR/Customer Complaints to improve KPI performance.
Lead GMP & GDP Audits for Production Assembly and Warehouse.
Provide Quality Trainings for new/existing employees.
Maintain the documentation of and conduct site training for all assigned SOP and WI.
Maintain a detailed training plan for all staff and ensure that training is completed in a timely manner.
Ensure all relevant SOPs and WIs are adhered in assigned operations.
Identify issues in efficiency and work on improvements.
Staff performance management
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Preparation of various reports (KPI GMP & GDP etc)
Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
Experience in ISO9001/GMP system.
Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits.
At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
Education:
Diploma or degree within relevant field or similar working experience.

Able to multitask.
