This is a remote position.
This job post is open to Philippines residents only.
Schedule: 40 paid hours per week/8 hours per day with 1hour unpaid lunch break
- Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Eastern Time (9:00 PM 6:00 AM Manila Time)

As a Voicemail Agent you ll be responsible for relaying critical prescription information through clear and concise voice mail messages. Your contributions will directly impact the timely delivery of essential medications ultimately improving patient care and healthcare accessibility.
- Contact US doctors via phone calls to introduce and promote medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls emails and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through effective communication and followup.
- Provide detailed information about product features benefits and applications to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective outreach and promotion.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or specialties.
- Proven experience in medical sales pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication with neutral accent and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information to healthcare professionals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
