  • Fulltime 9 AM to 6 PM (7 AM to 4 PM Manila Time)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for briefing graphic designers managing our eDM calendar overseeing social media channels and ensuring timely and accurate updates to our website. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing. Projects should be managed in Trello.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brief Graphic Designers:
    • Communicate project requirements and creative briefs to graphic designers.
    • Ensure designers understand the objectives timelines and brand guidelines for each project.
  2. Share Feedback and Obtain Final Assets:
    • Review design drafts provide constructive feedback and ensure revisions are made as needed.
    • Obtain final design assets and ensure they meet project specifications and brand standards.
  3. Manage eDM Calendar Upload Assets and Send eDMs Weekly:
    • Plan and manage the eDM (electronic direct mail) calendar.
    • Upload necessary assets and content for weekly eDMs.
    • Schedule and send eDMs ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage Social Media:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly and professionally.
  5. Upload All Assets to Social Channels:
    • Upload and schedule posts across all social media channels.
    • Ensure all assets are optimised for each platform and adhere to brand guidelines.
  6. Launch New Campaigns on Paid Social Media:
    • Plan create and launch paid social media campaigns.
    • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimise performance and achieve marketing objectives.
  7. Report Weekly on Social Media and Email Performance:
    • Track and analyse key performance metrics for social media and email campaigns.
    • Prepare and present weekly performance reports highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Work on Updating the Website Including Banners and Website Copy:
    • Update website content including banners images and copy.
    • Ensure website content is current engaging and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO principles and tools. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
