Main Responsibilities:

• Damage Assessment: Strip vehicles and compare findings to the provided quotation.
  
• Discrepancy Management: Advise the Estimator of any discrepancies and update job cards accordingly.
  
• Repair vs. Replace: Apply expertise to decide on repair versus replacement in consultation with the Estimator.
  
• Parts Management: Sign for new parts from the store manage parts through the painting process and control timelines.
  
• Quality Control: Fit parts to vehicles with a high level of expertise ensuring quality control throughout the repair process.
  
• Communication: Discuss delays with the General Manager Estimator and Workshop Foreman.
  
• Workshop Assistance: Work overtime as required assist with general housekeeping and help move vehicles around the shop and Wash Bay.
  
• Parts Ordering: Comply with parts processes order parts as per job cards and address parts shortages and discrepancies.
  
• Departmental Meetings: Attend meetings to ensure effective communication and provide feedback on vehicle parts and performance against targets.
