Job Description
We are seeking a sed and experienced motor mechanic to join our team. As an Auto Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections and utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including engine repairs brake system repairs suspension repairs electrical system repairs and other mechanical repairs as required.
- Parts Replacement: Remove and replace faulty or wornout parts such as belts hoses filters brake pads spark plugs and other components.
- Troubleing: yze and trouble complex automotive problems to determine the root cause of malfunctions and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- System Checks: Perform regular checks and maintenance on vehicle systems including fluid levels tire pressure and battery performance to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Doentation: Accurately record repairs maintenance tasks and parts used in our computerized system to maintain comprehensive and uptodate vehicle records.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers providing explanations of repairs recommendations for preventive maintenance and answering any questions they may have.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow elished safety procedures and guidelines while working with hazardous materials tools and equipment.
- Quality urance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest quality standards meeting or exceeding industry regulations and guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and properly use automotive tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition and report any malfunctions or need for replacements.
Requirements
Ss and Qualifications:
- Merseta or Red Seal Qualified motor Mechanic.
- Automotive Knowledge: Indepth understanding of automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes electrical systems and other components.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair and Maintenance Ss: Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency.
- ProblemSolving: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss to diagnose complex automotive problems and provide effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and precision in conducting inspections repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Communication Ss: Excellent verbal communication ss to explain repairs and maintenance requirements to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Time Management: Effective organizational and time management ss to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols guidelines and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on advancements in automotive technology and attend training programs to enhance ss and knowledge.
