Controls Engineer production equipment

Job summary: Controls Engineer will design develop and maintain control systems for production equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that equipment operates efficiently and meets all performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement control systems for production equipment
  

• Develop and program PLCs HMIs and SCADA systems
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
  

• Conduct testing and validation of control systems on production equipment
  

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance
  

• Maintain technical documentation and system specifications
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Control Engineering or related field
  

• Proficiency with PLCs HMIs and SCADA systems
  

• Proven experience in designing and programming control systems for production equipment
  

• Experience with industrial automation in a production environment
  

• Familiarity with control system simulation and modeling tools
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISA NFPA)
