Job Description
Requirements
- Experience needs to be from a sheet metal manufacturing company
- Knowledge of machining & welding processes
- Experience leading Kaizen events
- Strong analytical & problem solving experience
- You will oversee/lead 2 quality inspectors
- Lean / Six Sigma experience (preferably certified)
- You will lead weekly meetings
- You will review data & trend analysis to try to reduce & eliminate problems
- You will learn to help with ISO 9000 audits
- You will write corrective actions
- You will write internal procedures / processes
