Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory across multiple platforms monitoring customer behavior to prevent fraudulent activity and ensuring smooth processing of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Inventory Check
- Platforms: Website FashionGo Faire
- Details: Review and update inventory status for soldout styles preorder styles and instock styles across designated platforms.
B. Block Suspicious Customers
- Platforms: Website FashionGo Faire MailChimp
- Criteria: Identify and block customers based on country of origin store visit history email open history and order history (N41) to prevent fraudulent transactions and maintain platform integrity.
C. Sales Order Closing
- Actions: Cancel drop style orders on online platforms FashionGo Faire and trade show orders as needed to manage inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
D. Sales Order Processing
- Platforms: Website FashionGo Faire Trade Shows (if applicable)
- Tasks: Efficiently process incoming sales orders ensuring accurate product selection pricing and shipment details are recorded and communicated effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations preferably within the fashion industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce FashionGo Faire).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and processing orders.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and identify patterns indicative of suspicious activity.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. MailChimp) is a plus
