Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Master s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Proven supervisory experience in managing behavior technician teams.
- Strong clinical skills rooted in practical ABA fieldwork.
- Excellent communication time management and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practices and serving diverse populations.
