About the Company

The company was founded in 2015 registered with Bank Negara Malaysia as a Merchant Acquiring Services provider and Mastercard International as a Payment Facilitator for the Asia Pacific region.

• Salary Range : RM 15000 RM 30000
• Location : Kuala Lumpur
• Traveling required: Local and International
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture ensuring scalability security and reliability.
• Team Building and Management: Recruit mentor and lead an engineering team promoting innovation and collaboration.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines deliverables and resources to ensure ontime withinbudget project completion.
• Product Development: Work with various stakeholders to define requirements and deliver payment solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing practices to maintain high product quality.
• Technology Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering budget efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the engineering team and executive leadership providing updates on project status and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years in software engineering with 5 years in a leadership role preferably in payments or fintech.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of development methodologies architecture and infrastructure; proficiency in modern languages and frameworks.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead highperforming teams with strong mentorship skills.
• Project Management: Excellent skills in managing complex projects within budget and timelines.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and innovative problemsolving abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment
