Job Description
Role : Plant Manager
Country : West Africa
Organisation : Reputed Diverse Industry having multiple businesses.
Plant : processing 4 different oilseeds soyabean rice bran palm kernel shea nuts.
Age : 4050 years
Experience : Approx 15 years in Oilseed Crushing and refining industry handling multi seeds and Africa experience will be added advantage
Education : Preferably Mechanical OR Chemical Engineer
** Must be willing to relocate to Africa
Job Description:
-
- Who has excellent knowledge in oilseed crushing Preparatory Solvent Extraction and Refinery.
- has experience in handling large size soya crushing and refining facility.
- Experience on rice bran shea PK will be added advantage.
- Can get things done concept to completion
- Believes in building team members capability
- Firm believer in systems and processes
- Has a keen eye on HSE
- Knows how to control costs (variable utilities consumables)
- Knows how to plan and budget (R&M spares etc)
- Follows strong routine S&OP MRP Production Planning Scheduled maintenance etc.
