Job Description

Job Title: Duty Manager

Location: Nashik

Industry: Hotel/Resort

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our esteemed resort in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in the hotel industry with a strong focus on managing daytoday operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing various departments maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the resorts high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all departments including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance. Ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Guest Services: Address and resolve guest inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage staff across multiple departments. Provide guidance support and training to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.

  • Quality Control: Monitor service quality and operational standards throughout the resort. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to health safety and security.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present daily weekly and monthly reports on operations guest feedback and financial performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets and financial records. Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure financial targets are met.

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure coordination and cooperation. Act as a liaison between staff and management.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the hotel or resort industry.

Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
