Note: Need to work on call overtime as required to give 24/7 coverage on the occasion basis at the time of requirement (Once per week).

Technical Expertise:
Strong Understanding of traditional network technologies Routers Switches
Cisco Routers Catalyst Nexus switches
Strong Understanding of Data center Infrastructure
Cisco ACI
Distributed Architecture
Strong Understanding of routing protocols BGP OSPF EIGRP
Managed a multisite MPLS network
Understanding of tenants VRFs and BD
Understanding of security technologies Firewalls IPSIDS Content filtering
CCNA or CCNP is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Manages network LAN/WAN incidents and SLA are met
Raise and implement various network related changes following the client process
Having required knowledge to troubleshoot business impact network outage issues and implement emergency changes if required
Follows standardize network routers and switches configuration following the engineering standard documents
Follows Tech refresh End of life products replacement projects etc.

Nice to have:
SDWAN experience is a plus
DNS Administration
