Job Description

Overview:

Your role involves managing and optimizing marketing technology tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include evaluating implementing and maintaining MarTech solutions collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing data to improve marketing strategies and staying updated on industry tools and trends. Strong analytical skills knowledge of various platforms and the ability to align technology with marketing goals are essential for success in this role.

  • EndtoEnd Digital Experience Strategy
  • Data Gen AI and Insights Strategy
  • Digital Marketing Platform Strategy and Implementation
  • Datadriven Audience Insights and Activation
  • Digital Transformation and Innovation
  • Digital Marketing and Innovation Thought Leadership
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements deliverables and set manage and document expectations.
  • Translate client requirements in detail well to understand technical and functional documentation.
  • Build solutions that utilize outofthebox features and modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as far as possible.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects related to responsive email and landing page campaigns.
  • Work with Customers to understand key campaign parameters such as subscriber audience program frequency degree of personalization and overall creative approach.
  • Provide guidance on the technical integration of thirdparty systems.
  • Guide all the teams on best practices for Marketing naming conventions and documentation.

Profile of Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience covering digital strategy UX engagement production and technology leadership roles both clientside and with marketing agencies.
  • Digital marketing platform strategy development and implementation including Adobe Experience and Marketing Cloud as well as Epsilon PeopleCloud CDP Loyalty Insights and CRM platform.
  • OmnichannelDigital marketing including strategy and research audience design and insights digital content management CRM digital activation and media and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Marketing tools like hybris SEMrush MailChimp and more will be a add on.
  • Strategic roadmap development including program and product development prioritization and rollout.
  • UX Research & Design including audience profiling personas and journey map development.
  • Data & Insights strategy and design including 1st and 3rdparty data strategy Zeroparty data partnerships persona and audience development.
  • Digital Transformation including vendor and technology selection design thinking and process transformation.
  • Ecommerce and retail digital shelf management.
  • Agency management including agency operations selection and performance management.
