Job description:

• Experience in SLT for Analytics 5 Years with overall IT experience of 10 years
• Atleast 3 projects in SLT
• Act as the technical expert ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
• Manage operational support performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team
• Excellent communication and analytical ability
• Ready to work in 2nd shift to facilitate collaboration with client teams
• Able to work with clients technical and functional teams
