About the position:

Join us as an Interconnections Senior Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Play a critical role in achieving Brights goals. Youll be responsible for the management of distributed solar systems interconnections leading troubleshooting of complex customerfacing challenges and managing contractors nationwide.

Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

Project Management: Ensure the interconnections of distributed solar systems happen within SLA

• Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Customer Enjoyment team to solve customer concerns during the interconnection and installation process.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to speed up the interconnection times and reduce related costs.
• Contractor recruiter: Analyze and improve the recruitment process for contractors across the Country.

Your Key Results will be:

At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Result system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is:

• KR1: Conversion rate of welcome call projects to interconnected projects > 97% within 90 days cohorts.
• KR2: 180 interconnections within the quarter
• KR3: CapEx costs are <$0.03/w weighted average during the quarter.

Requirements

Were looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place.
• Has >1 year of experience in renewable energies (desirable).
• Has >1 year of experience leading teams.
• Highly analytical and capable of turning data insights into problem solutions.
• Has amazing and effective communication skills.
• Has high attention to detail.
