The Sr. Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing various marketing strategies for the Company’s products with an objective of brand awareness and achieve maximum market share and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Monitor Growth Drivers of the company such as Active Customer growth Crossselling index and other performance metrics (New Customers Reactivated Customers Lapsing/Lapsed/Lost Customers Average Order Value and Average Order Frequency)
Would be responsible in planning implementing & overseeing various local Marketing strategies for the company
Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Head for regional and local marketing activities and initiatives of the company
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of customer engagement events/activities/requirements.
Would be responsible in producing various creative materials for all marketing campaigns promotional activities and customer engagement events
Evaluate efficacy from marketing campaigns promotions and events and further develop solutions within budget constraints
Ensure adherence to the Company Branding Guidelines
Conduct benchmark research of competitor activities and various marketing researches/reports required by the General Manager
Managing eCommerce business and implement strategies to increase eCommerce sales.
Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Mass Organizational Communication / Economics or related discipline
Strong marketing indoor sales/telemarketing and customer service skills
Possess strong analytical research and marketing skills
Good communication & organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Marketing platforms for creatives (Adobe Canva Editing tools)
Capable of planning designing and implementing Marketing initiatives & strategies
Experience:
Minimum 35 years in relevant/similar job experience in Sales and Marketing working in a cable industry is an advantage
With experience in a supervisory role with good people management skills
