DIRECTOR CASE MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

• Goal Setting and Implementation: Develop and implement departmental goals plans and standards in alignment with the clinical administrative legal and ethical objectives of the organization.
• Operational Oversight: Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Staffing Management: Plan and monitor staffing activities including hiring orientation evaluations disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Budget Management: Prepare monitor and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure Compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
• Professional Growth: Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• EvidenceBased Practices: Integrate evidencebased practices into operations and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or another healthcarerelated field.
• Michigan RN license.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLSHCP) certification.
• 4 years of management experience.
• 2 years of case management experience.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that departmental operations align with organizational objectives and maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Salary 92k to 124k plus bonus up to 10% of salary
