Job Description

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree Holder
  • 25 years of experience in US Healthcare
  • 12 years of experience in Pharmacy or PBM background preferred
  • Project management experience required
    • Ability to manage multiple requirements/projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail & proactive listening
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Time management
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
  • Selfstarter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Prior experience working with North Americabased pharmacy benefit programs (preferred)
  • Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week)

Role:

Serve as the Project Manager working closely with the pharmacy consultant main liaison to the H&B client service team our PBM partners as well as partner vendors and support client deliverables on the company clients which includes the following:

  • Management of RxC programs/solutions and support operations
  • Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and partner vendors
  • Pharmacy benefit plan document review and analysis
  • Facilitate Audit projects of PBM performance
  • Analyze and compare vendor products services and contracts
  • Partner with North American colleagues to deliver superior client service delivery
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on crossfunctional teams
  • Produce highquality deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
  • Pivot priorities as necessary and easily change direction based on guidance from the team
