If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Manage and oversee the accounting and controlling departments.
• Leadership for all financial planning reporting & analysis including ownership of annual budgeting
• Ensure compliance with tax (VAT CIT WHT deferred tax etc.)
• Optimize financial and administrative processes
• Collaborate with financial institutions and other contractors
• Cash flow management and optimization
• Maintain robust internal control systems and ensure compliance with multiple statutory legal requirements
• Manage and coordinate the external and internal audits
• Lead the finance function in country providing essential financial guidance to drive business success.

and if you have/are:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 10 years of business experience with at least 4 years as a Head of Controlling Finance Manager or Chief Accountant
• Proven track record in financial modelling reporting and accounting functions
• Practical knowledge of polish reporting and tax compliance requirements
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Commitment and responsibility for result
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Able to work in matrix structures
• Fluent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Capability to provide clear leadership motivate teams and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
