Job Description

At BlackScale Media we specialize in empowering companies within highrisk industries by enhancing their digital marketing capabilities. Our innovative automation platform and dedicated team of experts are essential to our clients success helping them achieve remarkable results.As our company expands we are on the lookout for a Lead Media Buyer with exceptional coaching abilities to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Manage Digital Marketing: Lead daily digital marketing activities including social media ads landing pages funnels and automation software. You should be proficient in current ad platforms and capable of executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Client Coaching: Develop and deliver effective training materials to help clients reach their digital marketing goals utilizing your media buying expertise and our platform.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization: Craft ads using best practices including copywriting and media selection. Set up custom and Lookalike Audiences retargeting and new campaigns. Conduct A/B testing and optimize for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily performance focusing on KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL). Manage budgets and ad spend efficiently.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads for clients in highrisk niches such as casino nutra crypto and dating. Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and seek innovative methods to enhance ad campaigns. Attend company meetings and maintain clear communication within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional media buying experience across multiple platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with funnels and familiarity with GoHighLevel is advantageous.
  • Proficient in tools like Facebook Business Manager Google Analytics and our proprietary platform FBAS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • A passion for driving change and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience with automation for lead nurturing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be responsive to team communications.
