Key Account Coordinator Benelux

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and fill fleet budget usage templates.
• Manage data and perform relevant analysis for captive whitelabel performance.
• Identify root causes create action plans and follow up with national partners.
• Work with local partners to gather additional details on local activities (e.g. prospecting quotation statistics order reports).
• Identify rejection reasons based on factual data and propose improvement actions in coordination with local partners.
• Conduct monthly benchmarking of lease rates against key competitors.
• Track prices from captive and major thirdparty leasing partners.
• Perform offer calculations and coordinate relevant tasks with whitelabel finance partners.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Relevant experience in the automotive leasing/fleet business ideally both as a Key Account Manager (KAM) and leasing expert.
• Strong understanding of leasing calculations and relevant cost elements.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Selfmotivated responsible and independent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Fluency in English is a must; fluency inDutch is a plus.
