Job Description

Do you have good communication skills do you have a feeling for empathy and would you like to help people Would you like to work as a Customer Service Support Do not hesitate and apply directly for the position.

Your role

  • As a Customer Service Support you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.
  • With your voice and a nice offer you put a smile on the face of the customer.
  • You love to help people solve their problems and provide a suitable solution to the customers.
  • Helping and advising the customer where necessary.

Profile

  • Good oral and written knowledge (C2 level) of the Dutch or Flemish languages.
  • You learn quickly you are good at multitasking and you can react quickly and adequately.
  • Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
  • Serviceoriented trait kindness should be second nature to you.
  • Has a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Loves competition and preferably likes to win.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience as a call agent is not a must but it is an extra asset.
