Account Executive - IT Advertisement and Solutions

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Account Executive for one of our clients dealing in IT Infrastructure and solutions Pune location. The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records ensuring compliance with tax regulations and facilitating communication between clients vendors and financial institutions. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of vouchers invoices payments and so on.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions (NBFC).
• Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve issues.
• Handle and file GST/TDS and inform management about new rules/sections in the GST/Income Tax Act.
• Finalize accounts and assist in audits.

Job Requirement:

• Prefers Male candidates.
• Bachelors degree in commerce.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and analyze financial data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (World Excel) etc.
• Strong Knowledge of Taxation.
• Relevant Experience of 1 year
• Effective Communication skills in English Marathi Hindi
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide insights.
