Job Description

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources using the Medallia platform
  • Create reports and dashboards that visualize customer feedback data and trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support CX Central Team and CX Champions in implementing customer experience projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and track customer experience metrics and KPIs using the Medallia platform
  • Conduct surveys and analyze employee and NPS survey data to identify areas of improvement
  • Communicate findings and best practices to internal and external stakeholders
