Job Description
Education and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
Artistic skills:
Knowledge of the basics of hotel management and guest service.
Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively.
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully with different personalities.
Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations gracefully.
