Job Description

Office Administrator
Wrotham, Kent
Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm
12.00ph - 14.00ph + pension, holiday, free onsite parking

KHR are working with a reputable hygiene provider based in Wrotham; currently, they have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team on a part-time permanent basis.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to make the role your own using your organisational and interpersonal skills.

Duties will include, yet not be limited to:

- Helping the senior team to manage their time and appointments
- Taking calls and dealing with new enquires
- Managing the initial enquiries and maintaining the CRM software
- Once trained, assist with the management of staff hours
- Working closely with the H&S Consultant keeping records up to date
- HR - Looking after the administration of new staff coming onboard
- When required be willing to use a company vehicle to drop/pick up staff from their assignments
- Keeping monthly checks and audit information up to date for the ISO registration
- General administration duties as required

Candidate Profile

- Extensive administration/ office support experience
- Be highly organised and efficient
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Be IT literate
- Have strong communication skills
