Job Description
Technical Analyst 12 months Brussels
Our important client is currently looking for a technical Analyst for a 12month contract in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze current organizational processes and functions
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
Collaborate with department heads to align functions with strategic objectives
Design and implement functional strategies that support organizational growth
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies
implementing a lean delivery process and proposing improvements on it
Requirements
Qualifications & Conformity Criteria : Every candidate MUST have
Completed a master degree in computer science or business science
A Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Agile Scrum Master Project management Business analyses Digital Transformation and Change management
Minimally 5 years of experience in ICT
Mastery of the English language (C2); fluent in French (C2) And Dutch (C2)
Onpremises availability minimally 2 days a week.
Experience >1 year as a data analyst
Experience >1 year as a senior business analyst
Experience >1 year as a process analyst
Experience with SAFE/Scrum
A strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A deep knowledge as an enduser of MS Office JIRA Confluence...
The ability to question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
BPMN experience
Highly appreciated or willing to learn in own time
Experience in the design or implementation of IT applications
Experience with Azure or .Net
Gherkin
