SALES MARKETING ENGINEER MANAGER

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the electrical switchgear panels transformers cables and busduct industry. They should have a strong educational background in engineering or a related field proficiency in MS Office applications and extensive experience in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and generate inquiries.
  
• Brand and Make Approvals: Secure approvals for our products from relevant make/brand authorities.
  
• Offer Followups: Follow up on quotations and proposals submitted to customers.
  
• Negotiation and Order Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and successfully close sales orders.
  
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
  
• Market Research: Conduct market research and identify potential new markets and opportunities.
  
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  
• Industry Experience: Solid experience in the electrical switchgear panels transformers cables and busduct industry.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  
• ProblemSolving Ability: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  
• GoalOriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
