The Senior Director PMO is a remote position reporting to the CSuite. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background medical device or DME experience; and strong project management skills.

Key responsibilities include fostering a teamoriented and analytical approach to problemsolving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through postimplementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued. The position involves overseeing a team of 810 product owners and project management staff with occasional travel required in the initial months.
