What you will be doing:

• Ensure clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.
• Meet with clients to discuss their cases while showing compassion and empathy.
• Earn the trust confidence and respect of clients.
• Update clients on the status of their claims demands and offers.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims demands and offers.

Experience you will need:

• 2 or more years of litigation experience.
• Needs at least 45 first chair trials (civil)
• Member of the South Carolina Bar and in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Teamoriented.
