Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for intelligent automation to lead a team of engineers in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the technical automation team including project management client engagement and team development. You will work closely with the regional leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in automation with a strong track record of managing client relationships leading projects and developing teams. You should be an expert in at least one area of consulting such as strategy operations or technology advisory.


Role Specific

As a Senior Manager in intelligent Automation you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver technologybased solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in managing the overall delivery of projects developing strategic client relationships and providing thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from scoping and planning to design development testing and deployment. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. You should have a deep understanding of the technology landscape in your specific area of focus and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems.

In addition you will be responsible for managing seniorlevel client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all projectrelated activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders including project teams subject matter experts and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.


Responsibilities & tasks for this role

  • Manage a team of engineers providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful project delivery within scope budget and timeline
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and client satisfaction
  • Enhanced business acumen to include time estimations billing/invoicing automation lifecycle management and support services.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings
  • Overseeing project timelines allocating resources effectively and ensuring the delivery of highquality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress mitigate risks and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
  • Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency productivity and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
  • Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort ands exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.




Requirements

Musthave qualifications & competencies

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in automation engineering
  • Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading projects
  • Expertise in at least one area of consulting such as strategy operations or technology advisory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
