Job Description

Crowne Plaza Antwerpen is on the lookout for a dynamic and resultsdriven Director of Sales to lead the sales team. Were looking for someone who can craft effective sales strategies hit revenue targets and boost our market presence. If youre a techsavvy innovative leader with a knack for building relationships and driving business growth we want to hear from you!




Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and implement sales plans to maximize revenue in all market segments including corporate leisure MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) and group sales

  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Offer ongoing training support and performance feedback.

  • Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends spot opportunities and identify competitive threats. Adjust sales strategies to stay ahead.

  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders. Be the goto person for highprofile clients and negotiate deals to secure business.

  • Revenue Management: Work with the Revenue Management team to finetune pricing strategies manage inventory and run promotional activities to maximize revenue.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Operations and Finance to align sales strategies with our overall business goals.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve results.

  • Brand Representation: Represent Crowne Plaza Antwerpen at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote our hotel and generate leads.

  • Technology and Innovation: Use technology to streamline sales processes enhance customer engagement and drive innovation within the team. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tech advancements.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Youve got a strong experience as a Sales Account Manager and youre ready for the next challenge.

  • Target Smasher: You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Market: You know the Antwerp market inside and out and can navigate its business landscape like a pro.

  • People Person: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills are a must. You can charm clients and close deals with ease.

  • Tech Enthusiast: Proficient in sales and CRM software. You love leveraging technology to make your job easier and more efficient.

  • Calm and Composed: You thrive in highpressure environments and never miss a deadline.

  • Organizational Expert: Strong organizational and time management skills are second nature to you.

  • Language Lover: Fluent in English and Dutch. If you speak more languages thats a bonus!
