Sr SASE/Zscaler Security Engineer to support our client in implementing Zscaler and other SASE technology.

Position Overview

In this role the engineer will be instrumental in deploying managing and optimizing Zscalers suite of security solutions to fortify our enterprise clients defenses

• Implement configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise clients
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services
  
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of Zscaler products and services to recommend upgrades and enhancements
  
• Provide training and support to IT teams and endusers for best practices on Zscaler platforms
  
• Develop documentation on configuration troubleshooting procedures and operational guidelines
  
• Participate in emergency response teams to handle security incidents and provide postmortem analysis
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Zscaler Engineer or in a similar role within cloud security
  
• Strong foundation in network security principles including Zero Trust architecture
  
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
  
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining communication and upholding collaborative team dynamics
  
• Proficient in creating and managing security policies and protocols
  
• Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent work experience
