Job Description:

Were seeking a hands on K8 (Kubernetes) solution architect not looking for K8 cluster technical admin skills but someone to focus work with App/Dev on microservice architecture performance optimization integration with service mesh monitoring/alerting and optionally CI/CD pipeline to deliver microservice into the K8 cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Architect design and implement solutions leveraging Kubernetes (K8s) for microservicebased applications.
• Collaborate closely with application developers and DevOps teams to integrate microservices into Kubernetes environments.
• Perform performance optimization of microservices running on Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage integration with service mesh technologies.
• Develop monitoring and alerting mechanisms for microservices deployed on Kubernetes.
• Optionally design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes into Kubernetes clusters.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for cloudnative application development and deployment.

Requirements:

• 1216 years of experience in IT with a focus on cloudbased application development and deployment.
• Handson experience as a solution architect with strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s).
• Solid understanding and practical experience in microservice architecture and its deployment patterns.
• Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for cloudnative applications.
• Experience in integrating applications with service mesh technologies (e.g. Istio Linkerd).
• Strong skills in implementing monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g. Prometheus Grafana).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their implementation for Kubernetes deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related technical field.
