RPLN- Solution Architect JG4

Qualifications:
1. Experience Requirements:
o The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 34 years specifically in solution architecture. Demonstrated experience in designing solutions at an enterprisescale is highly desirable.
2. Software Development Understanding:
o The applicant must possess a deep understanding of software development. Previous work in related fields such as software construction testing packaging and publishing is essential.
3. App Publishing Experience:
o Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience managing solution design for custom app signing building and publishing to both the Apple App Store and Google PlayStore. Additional experience with Windows and macOS application packaging and distribution is a plus.
4. Mobile App Knowledge:
o A deep knowledge of mobile apps is crucial. This includes familiarity with development platforms testing tools security practices version management and CI/CD tools.
5. LowCode Application Development:
o Handson experience in lowcode application development is valuable. The ideal candidate should be able to create solution architecture models to build custom business applications workflows miniapps automate processes analyze data and create dashboards and reports. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and lowcode Microsoft Azure services (such as Data Factory and Logic Apps) is preferred.
6. IT Service Management Knowledge:
o Practical experience in solution design involving IT service management is beneficial. This involves desings related to automating request fulfilment designing attestation processes etc.
7. Demonstrable Solution Design Skills:
o The applicant should have a track record of solution design including options analysis conceptual modeling creating data matrices interface design and application mapping.
8. Technical Documentation:
o Proficiency in technical document writing is essential. This includes creating executive summaries flow diagrams interface views and logical graphical representations for easy understanding.
9. Best Practices in App Publishing and Packaging:
o Familiarity with best practices for app publishing to app stores and application packaging is valuable.
10. Architecture Modeling Standards:
o Experience with one or more architecture modeling standards (such as ArchiMate) is a plus.
11. Awareness of Architecture Frameworks and Governance:
o The applicant should be aware of architecture frameworks principles policies standards and governance processes. TOGAF certification is preferable.
12. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written are necessary. The ability to tell compelling stories and drive change through influence and networking is valuable.
13. Delivery Focus and HandsOn Attitude:
o The candidate should be deliveryfocused and have a handson attitude.
14. Independence and Stakeholder Collaboration:
o A selfstarter who can work independently with projects and stakeholders is desirable.
15. Organized and Methodical Approach:
o The solution architect should be organized and methodical capable of initiating planning and developing according to a plan while managing uncertainty and risk.
16. Stay Current with IT Trends:
o A keen interest in staying uptodate with key developments in IT and external trendsensing is beneficial.
