In this role you will:

• Provide technical expertise to improve and maintain performance efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations
• Focus on the testing and troubleshooting of the manufacturing process.
• Plan sequence of operations and prepares specifications and operating instructions
• Specifies documents and monitors scientific parameters to ensure process safety control and performance.
• Conduct tests throughout production process.
• Devises solutions to resolve issues and make improvements
• Lead and participate in problem solving efforts

Salary: $DOE / hr (long term contract)

Schedule: MonFri 8am 5pm

Location: Florence KY

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree w/ 5 years of relevant work experience
• or a Masters degree w/ 3 years of relavent work experience
• Previous experience flow cytometry antibody / dye conjugation and bead technology Required!
• Skills to be successful strong technical writing skills very strong written and oral communication skills ability to promote and debate key issues ability to prioritize daily / weekly assignments ability to problem solve proven leadership skills
• Previous experience working in a FDA regulated environment Preferred!
• Previous experience involved in continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborative Team Player
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
• The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
