Role Summary:

In the role of Remote PartTime German Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers and resolving their inquiries via email and chat. This position is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our customer service team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Communicate with customers through email and chat addressing their questions concerns and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate and effective assistance to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer service processes.
  • Performance Objectives: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the customer service department.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products services and best practices in customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Nativelevel fluency in German and strong proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
