Tasks

• Build upon the GTM strategy for new company launches ensuring every new store is a success
• Translate the companys goals into truly integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for existing and new geographies and customer segments that support the achievement of company goals
• Own the look and feel of the brand from our physical instore communication to digital
• Devise and guide local marketing models to ensure the company is well established in new markets within Europe and local programs are effective
• Help optimize the tone of voice and brand guidelines to produce consistently excellent content that reinforces the brand and delivers immediate value to potential and existing customers
• Develop and manage the marketing budget measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are efficient and demonstrate ROI
• Elevate the brand experience across touchpoints while creating strong relationships & engagements with partners and customers
• Build inspire and lead a marketing team that currently consists of 3 designers a social media manager and a director of marketing ops

Requirements

• Full professional level of Spanish and English
• Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years leading a major marketing function in Europe with proven results
• Proven track record of hiring managing and retaining worldclass marketing talent
• Ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under tight timelines and expectations
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills and a clear and persuasive writing style
• Ability to organize remain productive and have an immediate impact in a highgrowth fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
• A creative flexible and handson marketer whos comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done even in the face of time budget and resources
• A team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively crossfunctionally
