About the team

Within the central Marketing function the Brand & Category Marketing Team is responsible for unlocking scalable brand growth in priority markets while driving growth and engagement amongst buyers and sellers for our 4 Business Units: Collectables Luxury Art & Interiors.

The Brand & Category Marketing team is composed of a few disciplines: Research & Strategy Campaigns & Activations Social Media Creative Category Marketing Partnerships and Events.

What youll do

As Brand Marketing Intern Social Media & Content you will be submerged in the world of social media supporting our daytoday operations and much much more. You will work on exciting brand projects developing your social media skills in research and data strategy & execution content creation & optimisation analysis & reporting.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting creative briefings across our key channels
• Owning the social media calendar scheduling and posting
• Supporting our Social Media Manager with community management and moderation
• Supporting our Social Media Manager on paid advertising
• Ideating and assisting with content creation
• Supporting the coordination of influencer campaigns
• Collecting data for our monthly quarterly and yearly social media reports and assist with compiling learnings
• Participating in team meetings and ensure notes are taken follow ups are sent to relevant stakeholders

Who you are

• You must be enrolled at a Dutch university during the internship period. Ideally you are in your final year of study with a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
• You have experience in international environments and have collaborated with people from multiple countries and cultures
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at different levels of a company
• Proactive detailoriented and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus

Youre available to start no later than September 2024 with a minimum commitment of 56 months

Our offices and way of working

We have sensational offices in Amsterdam Groningen Paris and our newest office in Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days roughly 40% of your working time to collaborate and connect with each other. The exception is of course if the job description specifically states that the role is 100% remote as some experts and sales positions are.
