• Experience in social media marketing is an advantage but not necessary as upfront and ongoing training is provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills over the phone and on Zoom
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A minimum of 6 years of professional working experience
• Open to be coached and trainable

• Conduct structured interviews with all necessary training provided
• Offer additional information and support to qualified candidates
• Maintain a systematic approach to followups and coordinate essential Q&A sessions
