Job Summary :
HRBP Specialist will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews skills gaps analysis and employee feedback.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
- Designing and implementing a performance management system that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives
Requirements
- Male candidate
- Arab / Saudi National
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- 2 years experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational critical thinking and communications skills
- Fluent in English
