Architecture Engineer Designer

Design Development:

• Develop architectural designs for residential commercial and public projects.
  
• Create detailed drawings renderings and models using CAD and BIM software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp).
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  

Project Management:

• Assist in managing design projects from initial concept through to construction documentation.
  
• Coordinate with other engineers architects and stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive design solutions.
  
• Prepare and present design proposals reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  

Technical Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings specifications and construction documents.
  
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes zoning laws and other regulations.
  
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for conformance with the design intent.
  

Site Analysis and Planning:

• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for design projects.
  
• Perform feasibility studies and site planning considering environmental impacts site conditions and client requirements.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables through thorough review and adherence to best practices.
  
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
  

Client Interaction:

• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the design process.
  
• Address client feedback and make necessary design modifications to meet their needs and expectations.
  

Sustainability and Innovation:

• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into architectural projects.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends technologies and materials in architecture and design.
