Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead the backend team and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure the security and scalability of applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical competencies
- Database Management: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) L3
- APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs, as well as GraphQL L3
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in using Java Spring Boot L3
