Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the comprehensive performance review of existing retail and corporate products
  • Development of retail and corporate finance products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development in the retail and corporate finance sectors.
  • Define product features, specifications, and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking industry, with a focus on retail and corporate finance product development.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
