Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Team Leader for offshore HR in Taguig. Here are the details:

Primary Purpose: The Team Leader will be responsible for providing leadership and motivation to drive the performance of geographically distributed teammates. The role involves ensuring that Teammate Care meets service quality and performance metrics while focusing on operational excellence and delivering an exceptional teammate experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of HR experience in any scope (e.g. compensation and benefits recruitment sourcing).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations shared services or other functional areas within human resources or a call center/shared services environment.

Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years of management experience as a people leader capable of exercising judgment in solving technical operational and organizational challenges aligned with business objectives and priorities.

Ability to analyze information and develop comprehensive work plans.

Strong communication skills including active listening.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential nonpublic or restricted information with integrity.

Strong problemsolving time management and prioritysetting skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications particularly Microsoft Office software products.

Willingness to work in shifting schedules.

Onsite work required in Taguig.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 1525 geographically distributed teammates ensuring adequate phone and email coverage for the assigned area of responsibility.

Manage daytoday operations for Teammate Care ensuring operational efficiency and delivering superior teammate and retiree experiences. Provide daily direction and communication to the team to ensure timely handling of inquiries within service levels and quality standards. Act as the point of contact for escalations and use independent judgment for resolution within established guidelines.

Handle administrative tasks such as teammate time sheets tracking time off performance reviews development plans and corrective actions including termination if necessary. Ensure equal accountability for all teammates.

Facilitate smooth handoffs of complex cases to specialist teams for resolution.

Provide structured coaching to develop teammates enabling them to deliver quality service for immediate needs and develop solutions for the future. Research documented and undocumented teammate complaints follow up when necessary and deliver and track coaching when required. Utilize various monitoring and coaching tools to ensure performance standards are achieved while fostering teammate development and retention.

Act as a consultant to business segment/function senior management Center of Excellence (COE) and HR partners in designing and implementing customized solutions to meet business objectives. This includes resolving technical operational or risk management challenges. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the business and organizational strategies and processes.

Collaborate with the HR enablement team to improve policies systems and procedures providing input on initiatives resolving issues and executing business objectives. Support the adoption of technology solutions to enhance teammate inquiry management.

Ensure teammates comply with established policies procedures guidelines regulations and laws to protect both teammates and Truist from unnecessary risk. Follow established risk management practices to meet compliance and audit requirements.

Demonstrate team leadership skills and the ability to build strong teams. Hire and develop teammates to drive engagement and retention and achieve optimized performance.
