Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced French Speaking Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and support to our esteemed clients. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction comprehending our product offerings and effectively resolving technical issues. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting our business goals and enhancing our market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to Frenchspeaking clients through phone email and live chat. Quickly and professionally address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and technical issues ensuring a positive customer experience.

Technical Assistance: Help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products and services. Work with technical support teams to escalate and solve complex technical issues. Stay updated on the latest product features updates and industry trends to offer accurate and timely information to customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services. Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved and their expectations are met.

Administrative Tasks: Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service technical support or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology products and services is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
