ICU - Nights - Spend summer biking and hiking in Vermont

Assignment Start Date: 7/22/2024

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours per week guaranteed

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care. The RN provides quality nursing care for those patients requiring a critical care setting during hospitalization. Care is reflective of the AACN Standards and is delivered in a professional manner that is appropriate to each patients age physical ability and intellectual development. The nurse demonstrates proficiency in delivering treatment and adapting care to meet the needs of one or more of the following patient populations: pediatric adult and geriatric.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Requires a minimum of three years of acute care experience
• Critical care experience and at least two years of RN experience is required
• Must be able to read telemetry.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Possessing a current Vermont RN or multistate licensure
• BCLS and ACLS are required

EMR System: Meditech knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: 3 12hour shifts per week. 7 pm 7 am. Every other weekend is required.

** Orientation will be on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month**

** Travelers may only be on assignment for no more than 26 weeks. The initial 13 and then one extension up to 13 weeks. They can reapply/return after one year away
