AM Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our pharmaceutical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry its trends and the specific requirements of various roles within the sector.

• Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct indepth interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

• Job Advertising and Employer Branding:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
  • Promote the companys employer brand to enhance the attractiveness of the organization to potential candidates.
  • Participate in industry events career fairs and networking opportunities to promote the company.

• Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
